The goal in developing the RF2000 v2 was to build a 3D printer that is designed from the ground up for professional use. The machine is equipped with a dual extruder, with which even highly complex objects can be created without any problems. Compared to the first version, the pressure chamber of the RF2000 v2 has been increased to 170 mm x 290 mm x 185 mm (X, Y, Z axis). The pressure bed is made of die-cast aluminium and has an absolutely flat surface. In contrast to the often-used glass, aluminium offers a more even heat distribution, which ensures perfect layer and object adhesion for all materials.
In addition to a patented, fully automatic pressure bed calibration, which ensures precise calibration and excellent object adhesion, the device has precise mechanics according to industry standards and thus enables perfect printouts. The RF2000v2 3D printer model achieves very short heat-up times of just a few minutes thanks to the 230 V mains voltage operated heating bed. This creates the prerequisite for a fast start of printing.
A 3rd generation modular hotend allows the use of all materials currently available on the market. The RF2000 v2's powerful and quiet ventilation system provides better cooling and allows high quality overhangs, high print speeds and smooth print surfaces. The 3D printer also features a quick-change extruder system that allows users to change the complete print head in just a few simple steps. Thus a high availability of the device and an easy maintainability are achieved.
Intuitive controls and a high-contrast LC display provide the RF2000 v2 with an overview and control during printing. With the optional renkforce 3D-Printbox the RF2000 v2 can be extended with extensive network functions. A cloud connection is also optionally possible. This allows users to remotely control and monitor the printer.
